A Calm, Comfortable Environment

Our Orange City office is designed to minimize anxiety and maximize your comfort. Clean, organized operatories and a calm team environment help ensure that your surgical visit feels as stress-free as possible. Dr. Khezri administers anesthesia with exceptional care and patience — he is known for his slow, deliberate injection technique that minimizes discomfort and helps patients relax before any procedure begins. If you experience dental anxiety, please let us know and we will take every step to accommodate your needs.

Clear Communication, No Surprises

Dr. Khezri never begins a surgical procedure without first making sure you fully understand what will happen and why. He walks every patient through the clinical reasoning behind the procedure, explains what to expect during and after the appointment, and invites you to ask every question you have before treatment begins. You should never feel confused or pressured going into an oral surgery procedure at Revive Dentistry.

Experienced Care When It Matters Most

Tooth extractions, including wisdom tooth removal, are among the most common surgical procedures Dr. Khezri performs at Revive Dentistry. Whether a tooth is impacted, severely damaged, or needs to be removed to protect the surrounding teeth, Dr. Khezri approaches every extraction with the same deliberate, detail-oriented technique his patients have come to expect — including slow, careful injection to minimize discomfort from the start.

For patients who need bone grafting, Revive Dentistry also offers PRF — platelet-rich fibrin — which uses your own blood to create a natural healing agent. It's an option Dr. Khezri regularly recommends for patients who prefer to avoid synthetic or animal-derived grafting materials, and one he has seen deliver strong healing outcomes in his own practice.

Surgical Planning Using Advanced Imaging

One of the advantages Revive Dentistry offers oral surgery patients is access to in-office CT scanning and 3D imaging technology. These tools allow Dr. Khezri to plan surgical procedures with a level of precision that goes beyond what traditional X-rays alone can provide. By visualizing the exact position of teeth, bone structure, and nerve pathways in three dimensions, Dr. Khezri can approach each surgical case with confidence and minimize the risk of complications.

Post-Surgical Care and Recovery

Proper post-surgical care is essential to a smooth recovery. After any oral surgery procedure at Revive Dentistry, Dr. Khezri and our team will provide detailed instructions for managing discomfort, protecting the surgical site, and caring for your mouth during the healing process. We also incorporate regenerative techniques such as PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) when appropriate, which can support faster healing and improve outcomes for patients following extractions or other surgical procedures.

We remain accessible to patients during their recovery. If you have questions or concerns after your procedure, our team is available by phone at (386) 775-4300 or by email at Office@ReviveDentistryFL.com. Your recovery is just as important to us as the procedure itself.

Why Choose Revive Dentistry for Oral Surgery

Choosing the right provider for oral surgery matters. Dr. Khezri brings Fellowship-level credentials and advanced training in surgical and implant-related procedures to every case. His commitment to thorough pre-procedural planning, meticulous technique, and patient education makes Revive Dentistry a trusted choice for oral surgery in the Orange City area. Because we operate as a fee-for-service practice, every recommendation is based solely on your clinical needs.

Advanced Surgical Technology

Revive Dentistry uses advanced digital imaging tools — including intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, and CT scanning — to support precise surgical planning and execution. This technology allows Dr. Khezri to visualize anatomy in detail before making a single incision, reducing procedure time, improving accuracy, and supporting better patient outcomes. We continue to invest in emerging technologies, including AI-assisted diagnostics, to stay at the forefront of modern dental surgery.

An Experienced Surgical Team

Dr. Khezri’s surgical experience spans over a decade of clinical practice in Florida and Canada, with continuing education focused on implant surgery, prosthetics, and regenerative techniques. He is actively pursuing Mastership credentials through the Academy of Implant Prosthetics — a rigorous multi-stage designation that reflects an exceptional level of surgical and restorative expertise. Our clinical team supports every surgical procedure with the same attention to detail and patient-centered focus that defines all care at Revive Dentistry.

Your Comfort Is Our Priority

From the moment you arrive for your oral surgery consultation to the moment you leave after your procedure, your comfort and confidence are our primary concern. Dr. Khezri takes the time to answer every question, ensures you are fully numb before beginning any surgical work, and follows up to make sure your recovery is progressing as expected. Oral surgery doesn’t have to be a difficult experience — and at Revive Dentistry, we work hard to make sure it isn’t.

Frequently Asked Questions About Oral Surgery

Not sure what to expect? These are the most common questions our patients ask — and honest answers from our team to help you feel more comfortable, informed, and ready for your visit. Whether it’s your first check-up in years or you’re just curious about how things work, we’ve got you covered.

Comfort is something Dr. Khezri takes seriously. He's known for his slow, deliberate injection technique — patients joke that he "becomes a statue" because of how carefully he administers anesthesia to minimize discomfort. Nitrous oxide is also available for patients who want additional relaxation. The goal is to make sure you feel as little as possible during the procedure and leave feeling confident about your care.

Most patients recover from a routine extraction within a few days, though full healing of the underlying tissue takes a few weeks. Dr. Khezri uses PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) therapy for applicable cases — a technique that uses your own blood to create a natural healing agent, which can support faster, more comfortable recovery. He'll walk you through exactly what to expect and how to care for the site before you leave.

Call us at (386) 775-4300, email Office@ReviveDentistryFL.com, or book online through our website. Dr. Khezri will take the time to review your situation, explain your options, and make sure you feel informed and comfortable before moving forward with any treatment.

Coverage varies depending on the procedure and your plan. Extractions are commonly covered, at least in part, by most PPO plans. Revive Dentistry works with Cigna and Florida Blue (Blue Shield), and most major PPOs, and we accept HSA and FSA funds as well. For patients without coverage or with out-of-pocket costs, our in-house membership plan and third-party financing options through Cherry and CareCredit are available to help make treatment accessible.
